We’re so hooked on the Vietnamese sandwich that we tapped one of our favorite cookbook authors/bloggers Gaby Dalkin to spin it into a healthy homemade pizza. This mash-up recipe includes many classic banh mi components—pickled vegetables, fresh cilantro, Fresno chiles—just minus the meat.
