3. Soak in vinegar
Soaking feet in vinegar is one of the best and most widely used recipes for treating cracked heels. The vinegar contains acetic acid that acts delicately on your feet and softens the hard, dry skin on your heels. Take a bowl or tray to soak your feet and fill it with water. Add a cup of vinegar.
Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes and rinse with clean water. Then, rub gently to remove the dead skin from your heels. Apply a natural oil or moisturizer to lock in moisture. Do not apply vinegar directly to your heels and limit this treatment to a maximum of 1 to 2 times per week.
