1. Egg Mayo Sandwich
Make your egg sandwich a little creamy with this recipe. But beware, mayonnaise means more fat.
You will need:
8 eggs, boiled
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup green onion, chopped
1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
½ teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
How to:
Remove the shells of the boiled eggs and chop them into small pieces. Put them in a bowl.
Stir in the mayonnaise into the bowl of eggs and add the green onion, paprika, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Put the filling between bread slices and serve.
2. Fried Egg Sandwich
One way to eat your eggs is to fry them first. Add to it a piece of bread and some veggies, and you have a healthy meal ready.
You will need:
4 eggs
8 slices white bread, toasted
4 cheese slices
2 teaspoons butter
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste
How to:
Heat a skillet on medium flame and coat it with butter.
Crack open the eggs into the skillet, side-by-side, and cook them until they reach the desired consistency. You can make them over easy or go for a sunny side up.
While the eggs are cooking, add a cheese slice to each egg.
Once the cheese melts, take the eggs off the stove and place them each on four slices of bread. Season the fried egg with salt and pepper.
Spread the mayonnaise and ketchup on the remaining four slices and put them on the other slices.
Cut the sandwiches into diagonal halves and serve hot.
