5. Pinwheel sandwiches
You will need:
2 whole wheat tortillas
2tsp organic cream cheese
Sliced organic turkey breast
Sliced organic cheddar cheese
1tsp green chutney
Bell peppers (thinly sliced)
How to:
Mix together the cream cheese and chutney.
Spread over the tortillas and top with bell peppers.
Place the turkey and cheese on top in a flat layer.
Tightly roll the tortillas up.
6. Mini pizza
You will need:
2 English muffins
1 cup quick pizza sauce
½ cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
¼ cup spinach, finely shredded
Herbs mix (seasoning)
How to:
Take the English muffin and apply quick pizza sauce on it.
Sprinkle spinach, mozzarella cheese and herbs mix on top and microwave the muffin for ten minutes.
Serve while still hot with homemade tomato sauce or hummus.
